technology for extremely fast and reliable command processing and voice
switching.
The system supports both a wide variety of easy-to-use WINŽ digital
telephones and generic analog devices.
All devices are supported via a single pair of wires.
In addition each digital telephone in the WIN-440CT line up supports
various adapter modules for features such as single line telephone support
without the use of additional wiring or system resources.
Flash ROM technology provides non-volatile memory that requires no
batteries for system program memory retention.
This equates to an almost infinite life for the system data.
The system is ready for the future. It can easily be enhanced to support
emerging technologies via software upgrades. This negates the need for
expensive hardware replacements.
The system supports a multitude of network offerings including loop-start
trunks, ground-start trunks, T1, ISDN-PRI, DID, E&M Tie Lines, Centrex
lines, ICLID& ANI.
Call Center functionality is contained within the system to provide
equitable call distribution for sales, customer service, and help desks.
Advanced call center management features can be added to support complex
call center applications.
WINŽ IntegraVoiceŽ provides 440CT with powerful voice messaging
capabilities. This single card is functionally and physically integrated
with 440CT to provide cost-effective Auto-Attendant, Call Answer, and Voice
Mail functions for hundreds of users.
Add WINŽ UltraVoice to the 440CT and you have a business communications
platform that brings Voice Mail, Email, and Fax all to the desktop.
Built-In modem allows remote access for off-site administration and
troubleshooting.
And, this platform offers a seamless migration path for existing WINŽ
customers that have outgrown their existing system. It protects their
initial investment in telephones and much of their common equipment.
